岗位职责：
1、负责PCB电路板的布局设计，确保电路性能、信号完整性和电磁兼容性。
2、根据原理图和设计要求，完成PCB的元件布局和走线优化。
3、进行PCB设计的规则检查（DRC）和电气规则检查（ERC），确保设计符合生产标准。
4、与硬件工程师协作，解决PCB设计中的技术问题，优化设计方案。
5、生成PCB生产所需的Gerber文件、BOM清单及其他相关文档。
6、跟踪PCB生产过程中的问题，提供技术支持并协助解决生产难题。

岗位要求：
1、电子工程、通信工程或相关专业专科及以上学历。
2、熟练掌握PCB设计工具，如Altium Designer、Cadence Allegro、PADS等。
3、具备扎实的电路理论基础，熟悉高速信号、射频电路及EMC设计规范。
4、至少1年以上PCB layout工作经验，有复杂多层板设计经验者优先。
5、了解PCB生产工艺及流程，能够处理阻抗控制、散热设计等问题。
6、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够承受工作压力。
