5. 编写高质量代码，推动接口规范、代码规范、数据库设计规范等工程化实践。
6. 与产品、测试、前端、运维等团队协作，确保项目按计划高质量交付。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，软件工程专业优先。
2. 5 年以上 Java 后端开发经验，有中大型系统或微服务项目经验。
3. 熟练掌握 Java 基础、集合、多线程、JVM、网络编程等核心知识。
4. 熟悉 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Spring MVC、MyBatis / MyBatis-Plus 等主流开发框架。
5. 熟悉微服务相关技术，包括注册中心、配置中心、网关、服务调用、熔断限流、链路追踪等。
6. 熟悉 MySQL、Redis、消息队列等常用中间件，具备数据库设计和 SQL 优化能力。
7. 熟悉 RESTful API 设计，具备良好的接口设计能力和系统抽象能力。
8. 具备良好的问题分析和故障排查能力，能够独立定位并解决线上问题。
9. 具备良好的沟通协作能力、责任心和代码质量意识。
