4. 具备模块化开发能力，熟悉动态库（.dll/.so）的加载与插件式架构设计；
5. 熟悉常见的开发与调试方法，有良好的工程规范和版本管理习惯，能熟练使用 Git 等工具；
6. 对界面性能优化、动画流畅性有实际经验者优先；
7. 善于使用 AI 辅助工具，能够设计高质量 Prompt，引导生成可接受度高的代码，并能高效集成到项目中；
8. 有医疗器械、测控软件、图形化数据展示等相关经验者优先考虑。
