3、熟知国家EHS相关法律、法规、标准，具有丰富的EHS管理、消防管理、安保管理经验；
4、具备良好的沟通能力，较强的管理实操能力，临场指挥能力，应急判断能力，冷静、果敢、执行力强；具备高度的工作责任心，良好的职业道德操守，优秀的团队协作精神；
5、具备注册安全工程师证书优先。
工作内容：
1、监督管理公司生产方面的合规性，满足安全、职业卫生、环保、消防等国家及地方法律法规的要求；
2、监督公司内部各类 EHS 管理要求，确保EHS合规运营，建立良好的政府关系及外部沟通渠道，与政府监管部门保持良好的沟通；对接政府要求，分解任务至公司各层级，及时准确完成相应任务；
3、负责职业健康安全管理体系、环境管理体系的维护管理，保证体系的正确运行；
4、建立、健全本单位的安全生产责任制，并保证有效执行；
5、负责组织各类安全培训、隐患排查和应急救援工作；完善和落实各类 EHS 制度并督促其得到实施；
6、负责公司废气、废水、危废合规管理；
7、负责员工职业健康体检，现场职业病危害因素定期检测、员工劳保用品管理；
8、负责消防器材的配备、消防系统的维护保养、定期检测，确保系统正常运行；
9、监督指导本单位开展安全生产隐患排查治理工作，检查生产、作业的安全条件，制止和纠正违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为，督促落实本单位重大危险源的安全管理措施；
10、依法组织或参与本单位生产安全事故调查处理，配合政府部门事故调查组调查处理生产安全事故，负责事故情况统计、分析和报告、协助有关部门制定事故预防措施并监督执行；
11、协助上级领导和有关部门处理在公司发生的各种突发安全事件等。
