工作职责：
1、金融业务系统的后端核心模块Java开发；带领初中级工程师进行业务功能开发；
2、解决项目开发中的关键问题和技术难题，并能指导解决其他Java工程师的技术难题；
3、负责对系统架构发展进行规划，并将业务发展需求、系统现状等结合起来；
4、推动并实施技术管理、技术开发等相关制度体系的建设，制订符合业务发展需要的规范化制度、流程并监督落地实施。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，八年以上相关工作经验。
2、熟悉云原生、分布式系统技术架构及框架，包括spring cloud，K8S，应用监控等。
3、熟悉互联网金融/电商产品规划、设计的成功经验和具体实践，参与过多层应用程序、用户面向网站开发；
4、熟悉大型系统架构，具备分布式数据库架构设计经验，及对性能调优有深入的研究；
5、熟悉研发质量管理体系，对优秀代码设计及风格有较高要求，熟悉软件研发信息安全；
6、熟悉敏捷开发/DevOps管理，具备优秀的项目管理与沟通协调能力。
