任职要求
1、全日制统招本科（硬性要求）及以上学历，计算机类相关专业，3年以上Java后端开发经验；
2、Java基础扎实，代码规范，对Java三大特性、多线程、并发、网络编程有深刻认识；
3、精通Spring、Spring Boot、Dubbo、MyBatis等开源框架，并有实际的微服务项目开发经验；熟悉高并发、高可用、高性能等问题的优化方法；
4、精通MySQL等关系数据库的使用和调优，能够对业务进行准确的数据建模，表达实体关系；
5、熟练掌握分布式、缓存、消息队列等常见中间件技术，并熟悉其原理；
6、优秀的业务理解和问题分析、解决能力，一定的架构设计与优化能力；主动性和自驱性强，对前沿技术和业务挑战充满热情；
7、有大型互联网系统架构设计/租车出行系统开发经验者优先；
