2、熟练掌握Java主流技术栈，精通MySQL，具备高并发订单、库存系统开发及性能优化经验。
3、熟悉AIAgent、大模型应用落地，有业务系统AI提效、智能化改造经验者优先。
4、逻辑清晰，能独立拆解复杂业务需求，具备良好的问题排查能力和团队协作能力。
