岗位职责：
1. 独立完成前端复杂交互页面开发，基于Vue/React等框架封装通用组件，优化页面加载性能与用户体验。
2. 负责后端核心业务模块开发，设计并实现RESTful API，处理复杂业务逻辑，保障接口稳定性与安全性。
3. 主导数据库表结构设计与优化，编写高效SQL语句，解决数据查询慢、存储冗余等问题。
4. 参与项目技术方案评审，提出合理的技术优化建议，参与解决开发过程中的技术难点。
5. 指导初级工程师开发，协助完成代码审查，沉淀模块开发文档与*佳实践。
6. 参与测试与线上问题排查，快速定位并修复Bug，保障产品稳定运行。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3-5年全栈开发经验，有中大型项目独立负责模块的经历。
2. 精通HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript(ES6+)，熟练掌握至少一种主流前端框架，熟悉Webpack/Vite等工程化工具。
3. 熟练掌握至少一种后端语言及框架（如Java+Spring Boot、Node.js+Express、Python+Django），理解微服务架构基础概念。
4. 精通MySQL等关系型数据库，熟悉MongoDB/Redis等非关系型数据库，具备数据库优化经验。
5. 了解常见的Web安全问题（XSS/CSRF/SQL注入）及防范措施，具备良好的代码规范与测试习惯。
6. 具备较强的沟通能力与问题解决能力，能独立承担开发任务，推动需求落地。
