2. 具备5年以上工程施工行业EHS管理经验，熟悉建筑施工领域的安全规范与环保要求。
3. 掌握风险识别、危险源辨识及应急管理的专业方法，能独立制定EHS管理制度与流程。
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力与问题解决能力，能有效推动跨部门的EHS工作落地。
5. 熟悉国家及地方EHS相关法律法规，具有较强的合规风险把控意识。
