一、核心职责
1. 依据国家法律法规、行业监管要求及公司制度，开展合规性审计与检查，识别合规风险。
2. 对业务流程、财务收支、采购招标、合同管理、内控执行等进行专项审计与日常监督。
3. 跟踪审计发现问题，推动整改落实，形成审计报告、整改报告及台账。
4. 开展合规宣传、制度培训与风险提示，完善公司内控与合规体系。
二、具体工作内容
1. 制定年度/季度合规审计计划，按计划执行现场与非现场审计。
2. 审查制度流程是否健全、有效执行，排查违规、舞弊、内控缺陷。
3. 审核合同、项目、费用、采购等关键环节，确保合法合规、流程规范。
4. 收集、整理审计证据，编制工作底稿，出具客观、准确的审计意见。
5. 跟踪问题整改进度，验证整改效果，形成闭环管理。
6. 协助建立合规风险库、内控矩阵，完善制度流程与问责机制。
7. 配合外部监管检查、第三方审计，提供资料与沟通解释。
三、岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上，审计、会计、法律、金融、管理等相关专业。
2. 熟悉公司法、民法典、财税法规、招投标/内控合规知识。
3. 具备审计、风控、合规、法务相关工作经验优先。
4. 逻辑清晰，沟通协调与文字表达能力强，原则性强。
