岗位职责：
1、负责公司核心业务系统（如后台管理、用户中台、业务核算等）的设计、开发与优化，保障系统高可用、高并发及数据准确性；
2、参与需求分析与技术方案评审，结合业务场景提供合理的技术实现建议，解决开发过程中的关键技术问题；
3、维护现有系统功能，排查并修复线上故障，持续优化系统性能与用户体验，提升代码质量与可维护性。

二、任职要求
1、统招本科及以上，能力出众者可放宽至统招大专；
2、至少 6 年以上 Java 开发经验，有金融行业核心业务系统开发经验者优先；
3、熟练掌握 Java 基础语法及 JDK 核心 API，熟悉 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等主流开发框架；
精通 MySQL、Oracle 等关系型数据库，具备 SQL 优化与数据建模能力；
了解分布式系统设计理念，对缓存（Redis）、消息队列（RabbitMQ）等技术有实际应用经验；
具备良好的代码规范意识，熟悉 Git 等版本控制工具及敏捷开发流程。
4、具备较强的逻辑思维、问题分析与解决能力，责任心强，能承受一定的项目压力，有良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
