PE岗位职责:
1. 负责汽车线束 BOM 搭建、版本维护、物料选型核对，输出 BOM 清单与差异分析，支撑报价、试制、量产物料管控。
2. 编制线束 DVP&R 验证计划，组织样品测试，评审试验报告，对线束失效问题开展分析整改，完成设计验证闭环，支持 OTS/PPAP 交付。
3. 负责工程变更 ECR评估与落地，分析变更对图纸、BOM、物料、工装、库存的影响，更新技术文件，推进变更评审、试产验证与归档。
4. 参与各阶段技术评审，解决试制、量产、售后线束技术问题，对接客户与供应商。
任职要求:
1. 车辆 / 电气相关专业，2 年以上汽车线束工作经验。
2. 熟悉线束 BOM 管理、DVP&R 设计验证、工程变更 ECR全流程。
3. 掌握线束材料、连接器、导线选型，熟悉 USCAR/VW/QC/T 等线束测试标准。
4. 了解 APQP、IATF16949，会线束绘图软件优先；具备失效分析、跨部门项目推进能力。
5. 良好的文档编写能力，细心严谨，英语读写优先。
