【岗位职责】
1、负责后端开发与交付，参与需求分析、技术方案设计及代码实现，确保功能按时保质上线；
2、基于云原生技术架构（SpringCloud / SpringBoot / K8S），完成微服务拆分、接口开发及服务治理，保障系统高可用与高性能；
3、负责核心模块的代码审查与质量把控，推动团队编码规范落地，持续提升代码质量与系统可维护性；
4、参与信创环境下的系统适配与部署调优，在信创操作系统、数据库、中间件上完成应用迁移与性能优化；
5、负责软件交付流水线的质量管控，涵盖从需求评审、开发构建、测试准入到上线发布的全流程，对配置变更、性能监控及运行优化形成闭环管理；
6、协同前后端开发、测试、运维等团队，解决跨团队技术问题，推动项目顺利推进。

【任职要求】
1、学历专业：高级需本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业；
2、开发经验：5年以上Java后端开发经验，具备1年以上代码审查经验，有良好的问题定位与解决能力；
3、技术栈：精通SpringCloud、SpringBoot框架，熟练掌握K8S容器编排；深入理解Nginx、Redis等中间件，至少熟悉Kafka、RabbitMQ、RocketMQ中两种消息队列的原理与应用；
4、信创实践：对信创操作系统（如麒麟/统信）、数据库（如达梦/人大金仓）、中间件（如东方通/宝兰德）有大型项目实践经验，能熟练进行系统管理与故障排查；
5、工程能力：有完整的软件交付流水线管控经验，熟悉CI/CD工具链（如Jenkins/GitLab CI），对配置管理、性能监控、运行优化有实操积累；
6、软素质：具备较强的沟通协调能力与团队协作精神，能与多团队有效协作推进问题闭环。

【优先条件】
1、有南网信息系统开发实施类项目经验者优先；
2、有信创适配全流程（评估-改造-测试-上线）落地经验者优先。
