任职资格:
（一）基础要求

2. 精通 Kotlin / Java，深⼊理解 Android SDK / NDK 及主流技术框架
3. 熟悉 Android 构建体系，掌握 Gradle 优化、多模块拆分与组件化设计
4. 具备 Android 性能调优经验，关注启动速度、内存、耗电等关键指标
5. 熟练掌握 BLE 开发，具备蓝牙通信、数据解析及调试经验
6. 具备强烈的责任意识，能够⾼效协作并推动问题闭环
（二）加分项
1. 熟悉 HCI 层蓝牙协议与日志分析，能够解析蓝牙通信过程中的底层问题
2. 了解数字钥匙协议（如 PKI、ICCE、CCC），或具备车载 Android 应用开发经验
3. 有跨平台框架（如 Flutter）或 Native SDK 封装经验
