岗位职责
熟练掌握Spring Boot 3.3 + Redis + MySQL
参与系统架构设计，编写高质量、可维护的代码
与产品经理、UI设计师等团队成员协作，实现产品功能需求
负责API接口设计与开发，确保系统间的高效数据交互
参与数据库设计和优化，提升系统性能和稳定性
处理跨境业务场景中的复杂逻辑，如多币种、多语言、多时区等技术挑战
参与第三方系统集成，包括支付平台、物流系统、电商平台API对接
负责系统性能监控、问题排查和持续优化
参与技术文档编写和代码审查
Java 岗位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业
2、3年以上Java开发经验，熟练掌握Java 8及以上版本
3、必须具备IM 核心功能开发经验：熟悉单聊/群聊消息路由、离线消息推送、文件传输、消息加密等核心功能实现
4、具备消息去重、幂等性处理、消息顺序保证、分布式系统设计经验
5、有即时消息、推送系统或实时通讯相关项目开发经验
6、了解 WebRTC、音视频通话等相关技术（加分项）
7、深度理解 IM 产品核心业务逻辑，具备用户体验意识
8、熟悉Git版本控制，了解敏捷开发流程
必须项：工作经验7年以上、做过通信系统的。
