Job Description
1、按学院要求完成所负责区域、行业的高层管理教育的公开课程招生工作；
2、所负责区域、行业的定制化课程（公司、机构等）销售，在研发团队与直属上级领导的配合下完成课程方案、参与方案竞标；中标后负责准备合同与客户相关部门协调课程内容，与研发团队一起协调学院内、外部资源，并参与项目的管理运营直至项目完成；
3、系统性开拓所负责区域、行业的新客户（特别是大型国企外企、主流金融机构、标杆性民企）；
4、积极主动地与所负责区域、行业内的企业和个人客户联络并推广学院课程、活动；
5、配合BD团队开拓有效渠道、了解需求、及时跟进销售；
6、配合EE研发团队拜访企业和个人客户，了解客户培训需求，完善公开课程设计。
Qualification
1、具有丰富的相关行业的销售经验，有国企客户或知名民营企业资源为佳；
2、有进取心、勤奋、抗压能力强、乐观开朗、有亲和力、能够代表长江的形象面对高端客户，善于与人沟通和合作,能够适应出差和加班；
3、一流院校本科及以上学历，英文流利优先考虑。
