【岗位职责】
1、协助技术经理负责公司电商平台的架构设计，负责核心模块编码与持续优化。
2、主导解决系统在高并发、高可用、安全性、数据一致性等方面的技术挑战和瓶颈问题。
3、与项目经理、产品经理协作，参与需求分析，制定技术方案和排期计划。确保项目按时、高质量地交付，对*终的产品质量和开发效率负责。
4、管理和控制项目的技术风险，并能提供有效的应急预案。
5、制定并推行团队的代码规范、开发流程、测试规范和运维规范。建立和完善持续集成/持续部署流程，提升团队的整体开发效率和交付质量。

【任职资格】
1、大专及以上学历，5年以上PHP开发经验，其中至少2年以上技术团队管理经验。
2、必须拥有完整的、中大型电商平台（B2C、B2B2C、社交电商等）项目开发和管理经验，熟悉电商核心业务逻辑（如商品SKU、购物车、订单流程、库存管理、促销优惠券、支付对账、秒杀等）。
3、精通PHP语言，深入理解OOP、设计模式、PHP7/8新特性及底层机制。
4、精通至少一个主流PHP框架，如Laravel、Hyperf、Yii2、ThinkPHP等，并了解其设计原理和核心实现。
5、精通MySQL数据库，具备丰富的索引优化、SQL调优、分库分表经验，熟悉数据库设计范式。
6、熟练使用Redis/Memcached等缓存技术，了解各种数据结构的使用场景和高可用方案。
7、熟悉消息队列技术，如RabbitMQ、Kafka、RocketMQ等，并有在解耦、削峰填谷等场景下的实战经验。
8、掌握Linux操作系统，能够进行常规的服务部署、性能监控和问题排查。
