工作职责

一、新加坡企业合规支持

协助公司注册及ACRA相关申报工作
协助IRAS税务资料整理及基础支持
协助Employment Pass（EP）申请材料准备
协助银行KYC资料整理与归档
建立并维护客户合规档案

二、合规流程优化与数字化建设

将合规流程梳理为标准化Checklist与SOP
整理合规模板文件并进行结构化归档
协助建设合规知识库
参与AI合规系统测试与流程优化

三、跨境项目支持

协助整理跨境客户资料
参与政策与法规基础研究
支持跨境合规项目的资料结构化工作

任职要求
NUS / NTU / SMU 本科或研究生在读
会计、法律、商科、信息系统或相关专业
良好的英文书面表达能力
熟练使用Excel进行结构化数据处理
熟悉ChatGPT或类似AI工具
工作细致、逻辑清晰、执行力强

薪资待遇

SGD 1,800 – 2,500 / 月
