岗位职责
1. 对安全相关法律法规进行识别与宣贯，贯彻国家及行业变电运维安全质量法规、规程规范，搭建片区变电运维安质管理体系，制定运维安全制度、设备巡检标准、故障处置安全流程；
2. 负责片区内变电站设备运维全流程安质管控，重点监督设备日常巡检、定期试验、检修维护、缺陷处理等环节的安全质量执行；
3. 管控运维高风险作业：倒闸操作、带电检测、设备抢修、有限空间作业、高空作业等，组织安全技术交底，制止违规操作；
4. 组织开展片区安全质量检查审核、隐患排查与质量缺陷治理，建立台账并跟踪闭环，定期开展风险评估与隐患分级管控；
5. 负责运维安全事故（设备故障、人身安全事件等）调查处理，按 “四不放过” 原则复盘整改，编制应急预案并组织演练；
6. 组织运维团队安质培训（设备安全操作、应急处置、消防设施草*、规程规范），推进升压站安全标准化运维，组织场站完成电网公司、政府监管部门的安质检查与资料上报。
7. 负责组织片区内新入职员工三级安全教育，并组织考试。
岗位要求
1. 大专及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、电力工程、安全工程、机电一体化等相关专业；
2. 5年以上变电运维行业安质管理经验，2年以上区域多站安质管理经验；
3. 有注册安全工程师资质者优先
4. 精通《电力安全工作规程》，熟悉变压器、断路器、开关柜、AIS、GIS等核心设备运维安质管控要点；
5. 具备升压站隐患识别、风险评估、故障应急处置能力，能编制运维安质方案、巡检标准及事故报告；
6. 原则性强、责任心突出，能接受片区内变电站驻场、高频巡检出差，具备优秀的跨站点协调、团队管理与执行力。
