工作内容：
1、监督各项EHS管理制度、流程和WI/SOP的执行情况，独立评价其遵从性与有效性，推动问题整改和规则改善;
2、监督风险管控措施的落地效果，通过现场检查、审核等方式验证风险是否处于可控状态，对高风险作业(如吊装、高处和临电作业)进行重点监督;
3、对EHS目标达成情况进行监察，对会议决议事项的完成情况进
行跟踪验证，对未完成项提出考核建议;组织或参与事故(事件)的独立调查，定性分析，监督事后整改措施落实，追究责任;监督承包商现场活动是否符合EHS要求，对承包商EHS绩效进行评价考核;
4、深挖审核数据，撰写审核分析报告，为下一步公司和部门安全工作提供独立全面的指引。
任职要求：
1、安全工程、机械、电气等相关专业本科以上学历;5年及以上EHS相关经验，至少2年及以上风电行业经验，具备注册安全工程师;
2、注册安全工程师优先，有海外(东南亚)和海上风电工作经验优先;
3、吃苦耐劳，良好的沟通能力和压力管理能力，能接受长期频繁出差。
