工作职责:
1、全面负责数据专业的日常管理、工作分配、项目协调工作，包含但不限于制定数据分析管理制度，建立标准化数据分析流程，指导区域电站的数据分析工作，负责运营数据对标体系建立；
2、负责数据团队的人才梯队建设，打造高效、协作、学习型的团队文化，定期组织培训，提高团队的整体业务水平；
3、负责数据团队的业务架构搭建，包含但不限于经营指标分析、预警管理、设备评估、运维指标的监控与根因分析，定期输出运营分析报告；
4、负责业务问题的数字化专项治理工作，能够结合业务场景出具切实可行的数字化治理方案并与检修团队协同开展设备治理工作，如电站运营改善措施、批量故障的解决方案、低效机组的治理工作等；
5、协同电力交易团队深度挖掘运营数据，提高电站盈收能力，如基于电价预测、功率预测的业务开展工作；
6、负责定期组织数据分析相关会议，确保数据分析相关事宜稳步推进；
7、负责数字化创新业务，组织人员学习并应用数字化新技术，确保一线技术的引进和落地；
8、完成领导交办其它工作事项。
任职要求:
1、学历本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、信息技术、电气工程及自动化、电力系统自动化、新能源发电等专业；
2、6年以上的数据分析工作经验，3年以上风电行业工作经验，至少拥有2年以上数据团队管理或项目负责人经验；
3、使用过关系型数据库和非关系型数据库；至少掌握一种编程语言，python优先；需要有一定的BI职责经验；
4、掌握基础数据统计分析方法，如均值分析、方差分析、回归、聚类等；
5、至少主导过一项的通过数据分析实现提质增效、增发减限的项目；6、具有央国企生产部技术专责、运行专责岗位背景优先。
