•负责睿智聚合公司核心核心业务系统的服务端研发，包括在线服务架构、离线系统、业务平台等
•负责服务端的架构设计，围绕业务需求，进行深入分析和系统设计，满足高稳定性、高扩展性、可定制化服务架构设计，并进行研发和重构
•负责在线系统的业务问题的排查分析和解决，对系统的稳定性、可靠性、响应时效性
•负责前沿技术的调研、项目方案设计与优化，确保技术在项目中成功交付应用
任职要求
•计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上服务端相关工作经验
•熟练使用Java语言开发，熟悉常用的数据结构和算法，代码能力突出，代码风格良好
•熟悉mysql/redis/kafka/ES等中间件，掌握高并发处理、存储与缓存技术，了解RPC、消息队列
•熟悉DevOps开发，有持续集成/持续部署（CI/CD）经验，熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器技术的优先
•良好的学习能力、理解、沟通能力，良好的分析和解决问题的能力，对挑战性问题充满激情
