3、熟练掌握Spring Boot，熟悉Mysql（具备SQL调优能力）、Nosql（如Redis，MongoDb）、消息队列（如RocketMQ）等常用中间件，并具备定制化改造能力
4、熟悉常见web安全问题以及解决策略、具备独立定位和解决线上问题的能力
5、熟悉呼叫中心领域的核心技术、呼叫路由、VOS、IVR、ACD等，在底层协议有经验，如SIP、WebRTC等是加分项
6、抗压能力强,有良好的沟通和表达能力,团队意识强者优先。
