工作职责:
- 参与 VOIP 软电话产品研发，负责 IM 功能、音视频通话、SDK 等模块的开发与迭代，确保功能按计划落地；
- 根据产品设计与技术方案，完成 Android 端功能编码，与后端 / 前端工程师协作联调接口逻辑；
- 按规范优化应用性能（内存占用、流畅度、功耗），收集用户反馈并落实细节改进；
- 编写符合团队规范的代码，参与模块测试与缺陷修复，保障功能稳定性。

任职资格:
- 2 年以上 Android 原生开发经验，独立完成过多个功能模块的设计与开发；
- 精通 Kotlin/Java，熟练使用 Android SDK（如 MediaCodec、Handler 机制）、开发工具（Android Studio、Gradle）；
- 掌握网络框架（OkHttp/Retrofit）、内存管理、多线程通信及性能调优基础（Profiler 工具）；
- 理解组件化 / 模块化开发，能按架构规范完成组件集成与维护；
- 熟悉版本控制（Git）与持续集成流程，具备基本的自动化测试能力；
- 熟悉 VoIP/SIP 协议、音视频开发（如回声消除、弱网适配）或 WebRTC 集成经验者优先；
- 熟悉 Jetpack 组件（ViewModel、Room）或混合开发（Flutter/Native）更佳；
- 执行力强，能高效理解需求并推进开发任务，具备良好的团队协作与问题沟通能力。
