一、岗位职责

二、任职要求
1、本科及以上学历（学信网可查），计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先
2、5年以上JAVA开发经验，熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用经验。熟悉分布式、数据库、缓存、消息等机制，能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，同时需有3年及以上技术团队管理经验。
3、具备扎实的计算机专业基础，对常用数据结构有深刻的理解，拥有优秀的编码能力、算法设计能力和良好的开发习惯。
4、熟悉spring boot、spring cloud框架机制和实现原理,有基于spring框架的大型分布式系统架构设计研发经验；
5、具有高并发、高可用、高性能的分布式后端系统设计和开发经验；
6、优秀的系统分析和问题解决能力，能够攻克复杂的系统难题。
7、能够梳理业务需求、流程和模式，把握核心问题，并进行有效的梳理、归纳和抽象。
8、良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力，勤奋好学，能够快速适应变化，有一定抗压能力。
