2、体验优化：参与产品构思，将功能需求与交互原型转化为高保真视觉设计，并持续优化现有产品的用户体验。
3、设计系统构建与维护：建立并维护公司级产品设计语言系统，确保跨产品、多终端设计的一致性、高效性和可扩展性。
4、设计交付与协同：产出高标准的设计稿、标注、切图及动态演示，并高效交付给开发团队，确保设计效果的精准实现。跟进开发验收，推动解决UI还原度问题。
5、创意与趋势洞察：关注行业及设计趋势，结合农业科技产品的特性，主动提出创新的视觉设计概念与解决方案，提升产品品牌感和竞争力。
6、设计支持：配合市场与运营需求，提供产品宣传图、演示物料等相关的视觉设计支持。
任职资格：
1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，视觉设计、交互设计、数字媒体艺术或相关专业；
2、工作经验：3年以上互联网或科技公司UI设计经验，拥有成熟上线的Web或移动端产品设计案例。有B端后台、数据可视化、物联网或农业相关领域经验者优先。
3、专业技能：精通Figma、Sketch、Adobe XD等主流设计工具，掌握Photoshop、Illustrator等图形处理软件；具备扎实的视觉设计能力，对布局、色彩、字体、动效有深刻理解和出色的审美；熟悉iOS、Android等平台的设计规范，了解前端开发基础知识（HTML/CSS）者更佳。
4、核心能力：优秀的理解、沟通与团队协作能力，能够清晰阐述设计思路并与不同角色高效合作；强烈的用户同理心和产品意识，能平衡用户体验、业务目标与技术可行性；注重细节，追求像素级完美，具备良好的自我管理和多任务处理能力。
