【岗位核心定位】
跨境支付系统打造高性能、高稳定的收银中台架构，主导技术演进方向，负责业务项目落地、平台架构升级与稳定性建设等核心工作。

【岗位职责】

1、提升收银台转化率，通过用户行为埋点分析、多维度ABTest实验（如支付按钮位置、流程简化）提升转化率
2、营销中台构建：结合支付场景设计库存防超卖方案（如Redis+Lua分布式锁），支持满减、随机立减、秒杀等营销玩法

【任职要求】

1、研究生学历，或本科重点高校毕业，在银行、金融公司、互联网、支付公司等工作经验3年左右。
2、在职期间，有参与过支付主链路系统建设，主要是在收单交易、收银、支付营销等核心系统有过主导项目，*好有负责过营销系统建设者优先。
3、具备一定的跨境支付知识，熟悉并了解跨境支付行业的特点，比如跨境收单、跨境支付，对接或熟知东南亚主流APM支付方式和全球卡等支付方式。
4、有过丰富的稳定性建设和资损防控体系建设，参与过daily值班，能及时定位和处理线上问题。
5、技术栈深度要求：
服务端：Java/Go微服务架构（需有Service Mesh落地经验）
中间件：RocketMQ/Kafka分布式事务方案、Redis热key解决方案
稳定性体系：全链路压测（例如Jmeter+TSDB监控）、熔断降级（如Sentinel）
