1.能有效理解板级互连设计方案，并转换为实际设计执行落地;
2.能快速解析结构、工艺、安规、热、EMC 等部门的需求导入!
并评估其合理性落入实际设计中;
3.熟悉电路原理，了解个模块的电路功能及设计要求;
PCB 设计
1.能独立完成复杂电源类单板的 1ayout 工作，包括布局、布线、
规则设计、数据输出等整个流程;
2.理解并完善PCB 设计规范及 checlclist，不仅保障自身设计单板
无质里问题，也能支撑其他人设计单板的互检和QC工作;

3.具备多线任务并行设计的能力，且能合理制定计划，有序高效
地完成交付任务，进度满足项目要求;，
技术支持·
1.负责工程 E9 的解析和答复，能拦截并解决加工过程中的问题
2.能支撑硬件、结构、工艺等提出的改进方案评估和落地;
3.支持采购部门询价资料中的工程技术参数整理;

任职资格
统招本科及以上-电力电子、电子信息等理工科。
5年以上相关行业工作经验-
电力电子行业、新能源储能或制造业相关行业，
熟知电路原理、安规、EMC、可靠性、工艺、SIPI等相关知识;有良好的分析
问题、解决问题的能力;具备很强沟通能力、计划与执行能力;
