3、良好的数据统计分析能力，熟悉问题分析工具：如APQP, PPAP, SPC, GR&R, PDCA、5M1E、8D等；
4、责任心强，工作积极主动;有耐心、工作思路清晰、严谨细心；较强的学习能力和意愿，有自驱力优先；
5、良好的沟通协调能力，有较强的团队合作精神。

岗位职责：
1、负责制定供应商审核计划并实施及供应商的导入审核；
2、负责产品在设计、试产、转产量产评审、首批量产阶段与材料相关的检验评估；
3、负责统计月度供应链的QCDS评价，核算过程不良KPI、分析不良数据；
4、制程、客诉反馈物料异常处理，确认问题点，反馈供应商要求改善及跟进验证；
5、物料检验指导书、检验标准的制定、更新及完善；
6、物料来料检验异常处理，确认问题及组织MRB评审、跟进物料*终判定及标识工作;
7、负责对IQC进行检验指导和培训;
8、IQC检验周报、月报数据的收集、编写及汇报。
