岗位描述：
1、负责核心后端服务架构设计、开发、性能优化，确保系统的高可用性和可扩展性。
2、主导高并发、高性能分布式系统的设计与落地，解决复杂的技术难题。
3、熟悉AI，负责使用AI进行代码编写的规则制定、控制、问题修复，实现AI敏捷开发架构。
4、负责Linux操作，能够独立运维服务站点。
5、负责多种大模型调用、agent平台搭建和调用，各种推理模型搭建、配置调优经验（例如funasr、whisper、voiceprint、各类llm等）。
6、作为项目代码编写主力，能够胜任和完成项目从需求、代码编写到上线部署运维。
7、负责项目涉及的各种算法设计

任职要求
1、精通go、python，具备扎实的编程工地和良好的编码习惯。
2、有全栈基础，例如开发过web或app等，与产品、前端、数据团队紧密合作，推动业务需求高效落地。
3、熟悉常见后端技术栈：微服务框架、gRPC、消息队列、缓存机制、数据库（关系型数据库，向量数据库）
4、具备良好的系统化思维和解决问题能力，能够独立推进复杂项目，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
