职责与能力：

1、独立完成游戏特效需求,适配多项目风格，会使用AI完成特效设计稿与预演特效落地效果；配合完成引擎适配与性能优化，借AI工具排查问题，保障多设备稳定运行；

2、结合项目风格需求，用Runway、Pika Labs等AI工具发散创意、生成特效原型，独立用Unity3D、AE制作各类游戏特效，贴合项目定位并借AI提效；

3、熟练使用AE、Spine，搭配AI插件快速生成、优化序列帧与粒子效果，输出达标素材，缩短制作周期；

4、能够配合项目，参与制作规范的梳理和沉淀。

5、能够很好的跟各个模块的接口人沟通需求与完成目标，不断优化和提升美术品质；

6、到岗后需求会使用AI工具工作，熟练运用 AI 工具。创作习惯，需使以AI 技术为主导进行工作，不断提升设计效率。
