岗位职责：
1、负责公司产品方案售前技术支持工作，产品技术推广及客户选型技术交流, 根据客户需求提供一站式技术解决方案；
2、负责准确收集新产品项目的技术应用/性能信息，准确转化到公司内部研发部门；
3、配合销售人员与客户进行技术交流，解答客户提出的技术疑难问题，讲解公司产品的技术设计优势，从技术层面获得客户的认可；
4、跟踪客户样机测试，协助客户进行性能鉴定测试；
5、参与解决产品交付过程中的技术问题分析工作并提出改进意见和组织改进活动；
6、对终端产品和客户具备一定的调研能力，可输出行业动态或客户信息调研报告。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，英文口语流利，可与客户无障碍沟通，有一定亲和力；
2、具有3年以上半导体湿法设备研发经验或2年以FAE岗位工作经验；
3、熟悉半导体湿法设备、产品的结构、制程工艺、材料及及性能、测试方法和标准；
4、熟悉半导体设备的市场应用及行业前沿技术信息；
5、能独立对接目标客户并与客户进行前期技术方案的确定；
6、了解终端客户产品的开发运作，有终端产品开发经验优先。
