职位描述
深度对接连锁餐饮营运业务线，理解门店营运业务战略，开展组织与人才诊断，围绕业务扩张需求输出人才发展相关建议，参与人才策略落地实施。
牵头业务侧人才盘点工作，识别管理岗、储备干部、门店核心骨干的能力短板与发展诉求，协同总部 COE 团队落地人才发展、继任者计划、梯队建设相关解决方案。
聚焦 TD 模块，负责营运线培训体系落地：门店新任管理者带教、储备干部培养、在岗管理者能力提升，设计业务场景化学习项目，跟进培训效果转化。
在营运业务单元推动公司人力资源制度、绩效机制、人才发展相关流程落地，协调解决业务落地阻力，支撑业务变革。
承接企业文化与价值观落地，搭建营运线上下沟通渠道，关注门店管理者团队氛围，保障组织健康，赋能门店团队稳定性。
联动招聘、绩效 COE，打通人才选育用留闭环，支撑门店扩张下的管理人才供给。
职位要求
全日制统招本科及以上学历，4‑6 年人力资源工作经验，以 HRBP 为主，重点侧重 TD 人才发展实操经验。
必须具备大型连锁餐饮 / 连锁零售营运业务对接经验，熟悉门店营运、店长、储备干部的人才痛点，有餐饮头部品牌经验优先。
熟悉人力资源全模块，具备完整人才盘点、梯队搭建、管理者培训项目实操经历；能独立设计、落地业务端人才发展项目。
熟悉劳动法律法规，能够处理营运业务复杂人事场景。
自我驱动，具备较强业务理解力与逻辑思考力，亲和力强，可承受业务快速扩张带来的工作压力，能够接受必要出差巡店。
