Responsibilities:

- System development of loudspeaker products according to product specifications within the timeframe of the program planning.

- Interact communicate effectively with acoustic engineers, mechanic engineers, global program team members when developing audio & loudspeakers system products.

- Work with the New Product Development team lead design reviews. Responsible fdesign review design optimization。

- Responsible fthe on-time delivery of the required documentation of systems during development & reporting development results outputs.

- Lead onsite reviews from prototype stage to 1st mass production stage, drive action plan ftimely resolution of open issues from CMs, drive reviews & approval by different cross-functional teams. Review CM production line assembly process to verify proper production line set-up from trial run to MP.

- Verify approve system assembly, participate in tooling trials, prepare issue reports recommendations. Lead special processes fdifficult parts including risk evaluation mitigation plans.

- MonitNPD build & prepare technical analysis report fsystem assembly issues, recommend solutions, verify improvement results.

- Interface with external suppliers professionally on technical issues to pro-active involvement from the suppliers.

- Train External suppliers’ system engineers QC team, providing correct guidance on DVT testing setup as well as DVT test procedures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in acoustic mechanical engineering, computer science, computer engineering (degree is not a must but preferred)

- Previous work experience as a SeniSystem Engineer equivalent in the audio speaker industry f8+ years, highly experienced in acoustic design, mechanical design, speaker testing

- Proficient in Solidworks, AutoDesk, Pro/E (Creo).
精练使用AutoCAD Pro/E (Creo), Solidwork 等绘图软件。
- Extensive knowledge about acoustic tools such as Klippel QC, Sound Check, CLIO, MLSA, LMS, etc. is required.
需要广泛了解Klippel QC, Sound Check, CLIO, MLSA, LMS等声学测试设备
- Knowledge about acoustic RD tools such as Klippel R+D, COMSOL, will be a huge plus.
了解Klippel R+D, COMSOL等声学研发设备将会作为加重要分项
- Familiar with all types of speaker parts materials, such as magnets, voice coils, cones, domes, plastics, metal, rubber, foam.
熟悉各种扬声器部件和材料，如磁铁、音圈、鼓纸、音膜、塑料、金属、橡胶、泡沫等。
- Must have knowledge in DFMEA, GD&T Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis. Knowledge in SQE will be an added advantage. Must have good analytical skills of products a hands-on approach to solving technical problems with Quality Tools. Hands-on part approval process.

- May need to occasionally communicate sync up with team members in different time zones (US EU).
