岗位职责
1、负责公司产品研发项目和软件开发项目架构设计、系统设计及数据库设计；
2、负责项目开发过程中核心代码编写、解决遇到的关键技术问题；
3、负责项目开发过程中各类文档的撰写；
4、负责与用户进行沟通，进行需求分析；
5、负责对软件项目以及产品的优化；
6、技术创新，对公司产品改进、技术发展提出工作建议。
任职要求
1、 5年以上开发经验，计算机相关专业本科（一本）及以上学历；
2、深入理解面向对象编程、UML建模、有较强的系统分析能力和设计能力；
3、熟练掌握Java语言、能够数练使用SSH进行软件架构设计和开发；熟练使用SQL Server、MySQL数据库；
4、熟悉Javascript、CSS等WEB开发技术；
5、学习能力强，逻辑清晰，思路开阔，有一定的创新能力；
6、具有良好的团队协作能力；
7、责任心强，工作认真、细致；
8、从事过大型软件系统设计，有团队管理经验者优先；熟悉Android开发技术者优先。
9、有信息系统集成项目经理中级或高级证书者优先。
