工作职责:
为保证公司产品研发过程、产品试制过程能够符合公司产品设计开发流程，负责研发阶段制定品质保证计划并依照计划开展评审、测试、验证、检验及异常处理等工作。
1、研发过程管理
保证公司产品研发过程符合研发质量管理流程，如设计开发过程、评审过程、异常处理过程等。
进行质量策划，保证项目开发活动、试制及量产活动符合质量要求及质量目标。
进对产品开发过程组织复盘，持续改进产品开发过程。
项目初期与市场及客户对标，确定产品定位、技术规格、测试标准及要求，制定品质保证计划，并按照计划进行产品研发过程品质保证工作。
总结产品开发过程中的问题清单，形成设计经验库，在新产品开发过程中进行评审规避。
2、异常处理
对试制过程中出现的工艺、设计、作业、物料问题进行处理，并追踪确认改善效果。
定期整理汇总项目开发过程中的问题，并组织检讨改善对策，确认改善效果。
3、其他
完成领导交办的其他工作。
参与项目例会、评审会等，并不定期组织项目复盘。
任职资格:
本科及以上，质量管理，电子、通信、结构、机械、光学相关专业；
3年及以上相关工作经验；
公司相关制度与流程、相关法律法规与政策、办公软件应用、质量管理知识、研发质量管理流程、APQP、PPAP、IPD等。
