岗位职责：1. 负责根据项目需求进行系统设计和架构规划，确保技术方案的可行性和系统性能。

任职要求：1. 统招本科及以上学历，研究生优先，计算机相关专业，1年及以上工作经验，年龄小于40岁；
2. 基础扎实，理解多线程、IO、集合等基础框架，熟悉Spring系列开源框架、高并发处理、分布式等内容；
3. 熟悉计算机网络、网络编程、分布式缓存、NIO及相关框架netty/mina等，有相关实践经验者优先；
4. 熟练掌握 SpingBoot 、SpringCloud Netflix/Alibaba、 ELK 框架；
5. 熟练掌握 Mysql 、Redis 、Kafka 、Mybatis 、Xxl系列等框架；
6. 熟练掌握 Git 、Maven / Gradle、Linux 操作命令；
7. 有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，良好的团队合作能力、沟通能力、抗压能力，心态积极，能主动融入团队。
加分项：1. 对容器化技术有实际应用经验，能够使用Docker、Kubernetes等相关工具进行部署和管理
2. 有分布式系统开发经验，了解分布式存储、消息队列、分布式缓存等相关技术
3. 在大规模系统设计和架构方面有经验，能够优化系统性能并保障系统稳定性
4. 从事过网络安全相关产品工作者优先
