【岗位职责】
1、负责公司Web产品的后端开发与维护，使用Python(FastAPI/Flask框架)实现业务需求，进行后端功能实现。
2、参与数据库设计与优化，熟练使用MySQL及Redis等缓存技术，提升系统响应速度。
3、与前端团队协作完成数据交互逻辑，确保接口规范(RESTfulI)和安全性。
4、编写技术文档，推动代码审查和性能测试，保障代码质量。

【任职要求】
1、1-3年Python后端开发经验，熟练掌握FastAPl或Flask框架，有完整Web项目开发经验。
2、熟悉MySQL数据库设计及优化，了解索引I、事务等机制，能独立完成复杂查询优化。
3、了解Linux基础命令，熟悉Git版本控制。
4、对HTTP/TCP协议、异步编程(如asyncio)有实践经验者加分。
5、综合素质:
良好的编码习惯和文档意识，逻辑清晰，能快速定位和解决问题。
团队协作能力强，适应敏捷开发流程，有责任心和学习热情。
