岗位职责：

2. 集成各类摄像头设备（USB/网络摄像头），实现视频流采集、帧预处理（图像增强、裁剪）、对接算法模型进行实时分析，保障视频数据稳定传输；
3. 基于Python开发算法服务或业务系统，包括RESTful API设计、核心逻辑实现、接口文档编写，支持算法落地到业务场景；
4. 负责MySQL/MongoDB等数据库的表结构设计、SQL优化、数据备份与恢复，保障数据存储安全与访问效率；
5. 与物流业务平台、数据仓库等系统对接，通过消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）、API等方式实现数据同步与共享；
6. 定位并解决部署过程中的兼容性、性能瓶颈问题，提升系统稳定性与用户体验；
7. 与算法工程师紧密配合，理解模型需求并提供部署方案；撰写技术文档（部署手册、接口规范），沉淀团队经验。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业；
2. 3年以上Python开发经验，熟悉NumPy、OpenCV、Pandas等常用库；
3. 熟悉模型部署流程，掌握至少一种部署框架（如ONNX Runtime、TensorFlow Lite、PyTorch Serve）；
4. 有边缘设备（ARM架构）或手机终端（TensorFlow Lite/Core ML）部署经验者优先；
5. 熟悉Linux系统操作，能编写Shell脚本；
6. 熟练使用MySQL/MongoDB，能独立完成数据库设计与SQL优化；
7. 有Flask/Django等Web框架开发经验优先；
8. 熟悉视频流处理（RTSP/HTTP流），掌握OpenCV或摄像头SDK使用；
9. 具备跨系统数据对接能力，能使用消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）、API等方式实现数据同步与共享；
10. 具备良好的问题排查能力、团队协作
