职责描述：
岗位职责
1、负责药物警戒体系的建立和维护，确保药物警戒体系符合相关法律法规要求；
2、撰写或审阅项目药物警戒相关文件，包括但不限于风险管理计划、定期安全性更新报告、试验方案、研究者手册、知情同意等，并确保上述文件符合科学性及相关法律法规要求；
3、负责公司产品的药物警戒活动，包括但不限于个例安全性报告流程管理、信号检测和评估、风险管理措施制定及实施等；
4、团队支持，包括但不限于内外部药物警戒活动培训、安全性管理培训、研究者沟通、BD支持等；
5、药物警戒供应商管理，包括但不限于供应商筛选、协调及管理、安全性数据库维护、核查等；
6、文档管理，确保证药物警戒文件及时完整归档；
6、跟进国内外药物警戒相关法规进展；
任职要求：
任职要求
1、学历及专业：临床医学、药学等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、工作年限及工作经验：3年及以上药物警戒相关工作经验，有肿瘤项目经验优先；
3、岗位知识、岗位技能等要求：熟悉ICH,FDA,CDE药物警戒相关的法律法规及技术指导原则；熟悉申办方安全警戒体系要求；熟悉常用的PV系统；熟悉个例报告处理流程；熟悉风险信号检测及评估流程；熟悉药物警戒相关文件撰写要求。
4、其他要求：良好的沟通能力及抗压能力；良好的英语听说读写能力
