职责描述：
1.紧密嵌入生产与运营体系，深入理解工厂端业务流程，为生产、工艺、质量、工程等团队提1.供精准人力资源支持。
2.负责工厂端人效管理，通过数据分析和业务诊断，推动组织效率提升与人力成本优化。
3.参与工厂经营目标落地，从人力资源角度提供决策支持，包括编制规划、绩效管理、激励体系设计与落地。
4.主导工厂端人才梯队建设、培养与保留，提升团队专业能力与凝聚力。
5.推动组织文化与员工关系建设，营造高绩效、高协同、持续改进的工作氛围。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理、生物工程等相关专业优先。
2.5年以上HRBP经验，其中至少2年以上专注于工厂端/制造型企业HRBP角色，有生物医药、细胞治疗、CDMO，GMP环境背景者优先。
3.熟悉生产运营流程，具备较强的业务理解和经营意识，能通过人力资源动作支持业务目标达成。
4.在人效分析、组织效能提升、薪酬绩效优化等方面有实操经验和成功案例。
5.出色的沟通、协调和推动能力，能在快节奏、高要求的环境中与业务部门紧密合作。
6.结果导向，数据敏感，具备较强的系统思考和解决问题能力。
