1. 负责QC实验室微生物相关批检验、物料检验、环境监测、微生物限度检测、支持性工作等检验任务的排班、检验进度管理及记录审核。
2. 日常检验活动包括但不限于：如产品及物料的无菌检查、纯化水系统的微生物限度检测、AOQ、APV相关检测等。洁净区动静态环境监测、人员退更表面微生物监测、厂房验证或其他验证相关监测、TSA培养皿入场检验。
3. 执行微生物相关支持性检测工作，如培养基配制、稀释，培养基促生长检测，革兰氏染色，菌种管理，菌种鉴定等。
4. 负责微生物相关监测及方法的趋势分析及回顾。负责洁净区环境监测趋势分析、洁净区人员退更表面微生物监测趋势分析。
5. 负责微生物组实验室OOS, MDD和实验室偏差等的调查、分析及跟进和问题解决，及时上报异常情况，从而确保相关质量事件根本原因调查充分，影响全面评估并采取相应整改行动以持续改进。
6. 负责组内人员绩效管理和技术指导，建立专业、高效、高质团队，持续支持公司目标达成。建立并持续优化组内人员培训，确保组内所有员工操作前完成相应培训，具备相应操作技巧。
7. 负责微生物相关现场管理，包括仪器设备、试剂耗材管理等。
8. 负责检验SOP、管理SMP、质量标准TS等GMP文件的撰写及升版。
9. 按照实验室规定及相关法规（GMP、GLP）要求等进行实验室日常活动。
10. 支持公司产能扩增项目、新产品/工艺技术转移项目，满足公司业务发展需求。
11. 协助公司完成GMP审计、许可和注册类、IND和NDA等相关药监部门的申报以及检查，确保操作符合相关法规要求。
12. 负责支持本组的预算制定以及成本管理，包含人员工时管理，物料成本管理等。
13. 负责确保本组所有活动产生的数据（电子或纸质）的数据可靠性。
14. 如需要，参与执行QC相关检验活动。
15. 负责完成上级领导安排的其他任务。
