【岗位职责】
1、参与后端各核心平台及AI方向平台需求分析、架构设计、开发、调试与维护工作，对系统整体的稳定性、健壮性和安全性负责；
2、在负责的业务上有独立的见解和思考，对业务产品具有独立沟通、完善业务需求，并识别方案风险的能力；
3、主导关键技术难题的攻克，对技术方案进行决策，带领团队完成复杂项目的系统分析、设计与开发工作；
4、制定开发进度和任务分配，完成相应模块的开发任务，并在过程中解决关键问题和技术难题；
5、与业务部门、产品部门等密切协作，理解业务需求，提供技术解决方案，推动业务发展；
6、能够激励和引导团队成员共同成长，提升团队的整体技术水平和战斗力，实现团队目标。
【任职要求】
1、本科及以上计算机相关专业，985，211学历优先；
2、具备3-5年左右Java开发经验，有大厂及著名公司工作经验者优先；
3、熟悉面向对象编程思想，精通Java并有较全的知识面，熟悉Spring、MyBatis，Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Netty等主流框架实现机制；
4、精通微服务架构体系，熟悉常用设计模式，有丰富的微服务架构落地案例，有大数据、高并发、高可用系统的设计开发及调优经验；
5、熟练掌握至少一种数据库（MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL）及原理，数据库逻辑设计基本功扎实；
6、熟练掌握RocketMQ、Redis 、ES、Zookeeper、Etcd等主流技术栈并了解相关原理；
7、了解LLM及相关应用框架，如Langchain、AI Agent等，了解模型微调、预训练等技术，掌握Prompt工程技术和方法论，具备将模型应用于实际场景的实践经验者优先；
8、熟悉Docker容器技术和Kubernetes（k8s/k3s）编排，能够基于云原生技术栈进行服务部署与管理，实现资源的高效利用和自动化运维；
9、高度的创业心和投入度；
