任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java项目实际开发经验，有一定的前端开发经验优先；
2、有一定的需求对接、上线交付等项目管理经验；
3、精通JAVA开发技术，熟悉Mybatis、Spring、SpringBoot、SpringMVC、SpringCloud等开源框架，掌握Spring技术栈，以及Redis应用，掌握zookeeper和dubbo等关键技术，熟悉分布式系统设计，熟悉掌握多线程与分布式系统开发；
4、熟练掌握mysql、oracle等关系型数据库的使用，并具有较强数据库设计经验和良好SQL功底；
5、了解不同浏览器平台的特性，能够很好的解决国产化软件的兼容问题，并对性能优化有深入的实践经验；
6、工作积极主动，具有良好的学习能力，有较强分析和解决问题的能力。
