职责描述：
1、负责客户产品需求沟通和挖掘，联合销售部市场部进行SiC模块产品推广；
2、根据客户电源拓扑和应用需求，为客户提供SiC模块产品技术方案，为客户提供SiC模块产品选型指导；
3、负责客户现场测试工作，包括双脉冲测试、功能台架测试、整机测试等，并整理测试报告输出客户；
4、负责客户现场问题解决，以及产品失效信息收集和初步分析；
5、负责收集市场动态信息以及竞品信息；
6、作为客户端与公司内部沟通桥梁，高效准确传达双方需求和反馈。
任职要求：
1、熟悉半导体功率器件，如IGBT、MOS、SiC器件等，半导体相关行业工作经验1年以上；
2、熟悉常见的电力电子电路拓扑，包括整流逆变、升降压斩波、LLC等，涉及领域包括储能、光伏、汽车电子、变频器UPS、工业电源等；
3、熟悉功率半导体器件栅极驱动芯片和方案；
4、熟练掌握半导体功率器件测试方法，包括静态测试、双脉冲测试、短路测试、雪崩测试、浪涌测试等，熟练使用各类测试仪器工具，并能独立书写测试报告；
5、熟悉仿真软件，能独立对客户需求进行电应力、损耗结温分析；
6、熟悉半导体器件失效机制，能对客户端失效问题进行初步分析判断；
7、沟通良好，适应出差。
