工作职责:
1、参与或负责SRM、WMS、OMS、ERP、独立站等内部系统的后端模块设计、编码实现、单元测试与部署上线，确保代码质量与系统性能。
2、参与微服务架构的设计与演进，设计和实现清晰、规范、安全的API接口，保障前后端分离架构下系统间的数据交互与集成。
3、进行合理的数据库表结构设计、索引优化和SQL调优，保障数据一致性、完整性和系统的高并发处理能力。
4、解决系统开发与运行中的技术难题，编写技术文档，并参与线上系统的监控、故障排查与性能优化。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业。
2、6年以上Java后端开发经验，有大型企业级应用（如ERP、CRM、SCM系统）或复杂业务系统的开发经验者优先。
3、精通Java语言及核心生态（Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis等）、MySQL等关系型数据库。熟练掌握Redis等缓存技术、消息队列（如RabbitMQ/Kafka）、Linux基础操作。
4、具备优秀的系统设计与抽象能力、工程实现与编码能力、问题排查与优化能力。
