（1）全流程跟进达人合作项目，包括达人带货邀约、样品审批、安排寄样、脚本沟通、视频内容交付质量把控等，对销售成果进行总结分析，提出改进意见，持续优化合作方案。
3.市场趋势与用户分析
（1）密切关注海外社交媒体市场动态与热点，结合用户画像及红人画像分析，探索新型推广方式。
（2）采集达人数据和市场数据，关注行业头部、中腰部达人日常数据，建立内部达人库，为营销策略提供数据支持。
4.跨部门协作与资源整合
（1）协调内外部资源，为达人提供产品资源、系统培训及技术支持。
（2）配合市场部门策划推广活动，提升品牌在海外市场的知名度与影响力。
5.团队管理与赋能：负责团队组建、培训、绩效考核及人才梯队建设，提升团队整体能力。
二、任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，3-5年以上达人对接经验，有1年以上管理经验，有海外经验者更优（东南亚、北美等）。

3.有过美妆个护等电商行业经验者优先。
