岗位职责：
1.负责依据用人需求计划，制定招聘计划，做好人员招聘的邀约、初试工作。
2.负责新员工入职通知、入职手续的准备及审核工作。
3.负责办理员工入职、转正、晋升、调职、人员异动等手续。
4.负责员工离职手续办理、做好离职面谈及后续工作。
5.负责员工劳动合同的签订、续订各类手续的办理，负责员工社保办理及缴纳工作。
6.负责执行公司年度培训计划，组织开展员工内部及外部培训并保存记录。
7.组织并实施各类培训活动，包括新员工入职培训等，跟踪培训效果，收集反馈意见。
8.人资行政的其他临时性工作。
任职要求：
1、学历/专业要求：本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理等相关专业优先。
3、经验要求：3年以上人事管理经验及具有企业培训工作经验者优先。
4、专业技能：熟练掌握办公软件(如Word、Excel、PPT、PS等）和培训管理软件的使用。
5、个人素质：具备良好的沟通能力和组织协调能力，具备良好的学习能力和创新思维，能够不断适应公司发展和培训需求的变化。
