工作职责
1、负责公司内部广告投放平台的后端开发实现；
2、对接 Facebook, Google Ads, AppLovin, Unity等主流广告媒体的 Marketing API，实现广告创编、素材管理、数据报表、AI 能力内嵌等功能；
3、探索 AI + 广告的结合：利用 LLM（大语言模型）或图像生成模型（如sora、kling、nano banana等），开发自动化的广告素材生成、文案优化、多语言翻译等工具。
任职要求
1、精通Python 专家：熟悉任意一门后端语言(Go、Java、Node.js、Ruby、PHP)；
2、系统经验：有中后台系统 / SaaS 产品 / 广告平台（DSP/SSP/DMP）的开发经验优先。
3、基础设施：熟悉 Redis 缓存设计，了解消息队列（RabbitMQ/Kafka/RocketMQ）的使用场景。
【加分项】
1、有 Facebook Marketing API / Google Ads API 对接经验者极佳。
2、AI 重度用户：日常熟练使用 ChatGPT/Claude 等工具辅助写代码、排查 Bug，有 AI 应用开发经验者优先。
