岗位职责
1.负责公司内部系统服务端的技术方案设计、需求把控、核心功能开发，将业务需求拆解、细化并实施;
2.负责系统稳定性建设，指导并参与系统的容量、容灾、性能优化、故障排查和解决等工作;
3.与产品团队密切合作，能主动驱动团队，协调团队工作;
4.指导软件工程师的日常开发工作，解决开发中的技术问题。
职位要求
1.统招本科及以上
2.具备生产制造业、电商B2B、ERP、Mes系统的从业经验优先
3. JAVA/J2EE专业基础扎实，有三年以上基于J2EE软件开发经验。
4.至少掌握一类J2EE的应用整合框架的开发:
Spring,SpringMvc,Mybatis等主流J2EE 开发框架,具有 SpringCloud、SpringCloudAlibaba等微服务开发，服务治理框架实际项目经验优先;能对常用技术栈进行合理应用优化，解决问题。
5.有较好的sql基础，熟练使用oracle\pgsql\mysql等常用关系性数据库，并有一定sql性能调优经验，熟悉 redis，MQ等中间件使用。
6.熟练使用idea开发工具，熟练Linux操作系统，熟悉使用常用的Linux命令，能够编写shell脚本。熟练使用 git版本控制工具。
7.有使用敏捷开发模式和相关工具的经验。包括并不限于:测试驱动开发、持续交付、结对编程、重构、测试开发并行、可演进的设计、Scrum,XP等。
8.具有很好的团队合作精神。
9.有较强的学习能力和适应能力。
